 John Montague, 38, beloved husband of Julie(Dempsey) Montague of Peabody, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 28, 2003 at the Swedish Hospital in Englewood, CO following complications during rehabilitations from an accidental spinal cord injury in 1999.
John was very active in his love and participation in sports including skiing and playing hockey prior to an accident in which he sustained spinal cord injuries. He adjusted to his injury very well and lived a full life with his family, friends and especially his son, Michael.
John is deeply missed by everyone who knew him!

I just created my profile and was shocked to find out that John had passed away. I did know about his tragic accident. John and I went to McCarthy School together. I have a picture of John, Howie Madnick (went to another H.S., John Leone (went to St. Johns Prep), Mark Favale and myself. Rest in Peace.
