Debra A. (Sullivan), 45, wife of James Tobin passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2011 at her home in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Debra was born in Salem, MA. She was the daughter of Michael Howell and Yvonne Sullivan. She was a resident of Peabody, MA in your youth and later moved to Danvers, MA with her husband. Debra and her husband James moved to Lake Havasu City along with their two boys 3 ½ years ago.

She is survived by her husband of 14 years James Tobin; sons Keegan and Jake Tobin, all of Lake Havasu City and sister Christine Rich of Peabody, MA. Debra also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael Howell and Yvonne Sullivan.

Debra was a very caring, giving person. She was always willing to help someone in need. Debra could always put a smile on people's faces, her sense of humor was larger than life. She will be dearly missed.
